Rented a cart for Thanksgiving 2021 and set up a date and time. Called to confirm and was told they would be at my house to drop off the cart sometime before 3pm. They were a no show. Called the next day to find out why. Was told according to their records the cart was delivered. It was not. After some investigating, they owned up to the fact that they messed up the delivery.
