Stumbled upon them after another dress seamstress in their building failed to put our appointment on her calendar and was a no-show. I paid to have the dress that I purchased from Retulled Boutique altered and all was well through the fittings. The last visit was an on the fly alteration that worked out. I was disappointed to find beads missing that I pointed out to them. When I called and left a message, noone ever called me back. I don’t think those final steps of securing my beads and steaming my dress happened.
I recommend this place for everyone they saved my mom for her wedding and me for my prom their jewelry is very nice and they have wonderful dresses
Diana was wonderful when it came to my wedding dress alterations! She listened to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!
I purchased my dress and had alterations done here, spending a total of around $1,200 at this store. Not only was my dress NOT done in time (7 days before my wedding and they had to rush to fix it), but it was done so poorly that a stitch popped out of the front of my dress in the middle of my ceremony. They made me write a 5 star review before I could checkout - I am now editing this review. quoted $1200 to add a bustle and trim off an inch on my hem. Rudest staff besides the girls who help you into your dress (Ashely was very nice)- however had two clients at once so my family essentially was doing anything. Rude front staff workers.
