Had such an amazing experience with them!!
I was honestly really disappointed with my experience. This bridal shop heavily advertised a $299 dress sale and required appointments to attend, so I expected a more organized shopping experience. Unfortunately, they booked so many appointments at the same time that it was incredibly crowded. It was difficult to even browse the dresses, let alone try them on comfortably. I took my dress for alterations in the shoulders and the length. The dress was straight across on my neck when I purchased it. After alterations, the straps were sitting on my shoulders so low that the dress didn’t even resemble the original. After I showed the seamstress a stock photo of how the dress is to look and looked when I purchased it, She claimed that the photo doesn’t matter and the dress will lay on everyone different. I was really upset with my experience today. I had little to no help with a consultation during my appointment. I received the most help from the owner, who was pleasant and able to answer alteration questions. The space that was reserved for my appointment was taken by another bride and her family in the middle of my appointment. When we asked why this was to an associate, they responded with “they’re buying so they need this space.” Who says I wasn’t going to buy as well had I found the dress I wanted?
