Awsome
Had an awning claim with them in 2020, never scheduled or called until I told the insurance to hold off till next year cause COVID delayed everything. Expected to have it sorted out by the start of the 2021 camping season and have heard nothing so far. Called many times, had the insurance call them and still no progress. I’ve ended up finding a different place to do the repair.
Came recommended by a friend who lives in Traverse City. Called the office 3 times and his cell phone twice. Never hear from him.
