I was told the same from them about having to get used to my glasses, which in fifty years of wearing glasses I have never had to do. I told them this on the first fitting but was told to try them for a few days to see if I could adjust to the pheriferial vision. I took them back three days later and said, "I can't see out of these, they need to be fixed, I paid $400.00 for glasses I can't seen through." I wish I had looked up this site before I went to get my glasses here, I waited three weeks for them to call that my glasses were in to be fitted and -picked up. I called and was told they were still not in, but to call back tomorrow because they were getting in an evening delivery. I called back the next day and was told they were still not in, they would call me when they came in. Three more days and I called them, I was told they had called me in the second week and left a message that my order was in and to come anytime ... read more
I went to see Dr Richard levin on march 9th for the first time today the office was very busy my appointment was at 10:30 & I was seen at 10:15 am he was very professional & frienly he was very knowledgeable & patience i was very please with my eye exam Dr Richard levin will definitely be my go to ophthalmology from now on

This place is awful! If you would like to waste hours upon hours of your life going back and forth to this place because they ordered the wrong prescription, failed to write down an appointment they scheduled you twice, and wait over a month for your contacts go here. The doctors are great it is unfortunate that something in the office is just not working.
The office was lovely four years ago; however, it consistently declines. Doctors are generally courteous, but the support staff is disgusting and the office is too busy trying to make money to find time and effort to fix the issues with the unprofessional staff. In this economy, especially, many individual are trying to save and make money. However, poor business practice is evident since the doctors in this office have decided to continue to use and support rude and unprofessional support staff. I thought everyone was nice but they talked me into transition lenses and I cannot see out of them After 4 months. They say I have to get use to them. Do I need to reck my car to prove a point?
