Wonderful company in Brandon Valrico area. They’re the best and been there for 50+ years and still going strong. Their customer service is what’s the best about this company, also, the great products and services.
Bought a part recently and although the part that was sold was going bad already they refused to give the money back for the part. Being told every single piece of the A/C system needs to be replaced in order to get a refund is not how businesses should operate when trying to have repeat business. Buyer Beware we were recommended to this place via another Salvage yard who provides excellent service free delivery and exceptional customer service. Purchased a PCM waited on UPS that the customer must pay or a courier service that shows up when they want at no point did they ever say you could not return a used part that was faulty & confirmed by the Diagnostic company who could not connect due to a failed unit. Called to get the refund with the paperwork stating it was faulty and were advised they don't return computers;... read more
