2 stars because this establishment is clean and the booking experience is easy. Unfortunately the reason for my low review is lack of skill by the staff in treating different skin and hair types. Very clean. Staff is very thorough in explaining the process. Responsive if you feel any pain with hair removal. Takes the time to meet your needs. Would recommend both Elizabeth and Alex.
