This place is a rip off! I bought a used 2020 f150 from them and after a week I found that the airbag cover on the steering wheel is cracked. Well after doing my research I found out that it is illegal to sell a vehicle with this issue. I contacted them to let them know about it and they acted like I had done something to it to cause it which is absurd. At first service was great and I got a loaner car when they had to keep my car. But the first week I got a message on my car that the traction control was off and not working, I would bring it up there and they couldn't find out what was wrong with it and then finally after my short expensive warranty was up they told me it'd be $1,200 to fix it.
