This business has NO communication ethics with their drivers at the drop off and pick up. There was an emergency and 911 was called from their customer due to injury..they will NOT help you out to get a message to the rest of your group, that went down the river at the pick up point. THE MANAGER has NO clue even with his 30 yrs experience how to run his business nor to train his supervisors when an emergency arise. RecommendedAlways a great time! The staff is quick and efficient with getting the people up the river and into the water to have a great time for a couple hours!
Easy to make reservations and simple process for checking in and getting shuttle upon arrival. Only suggestion I would have would be for the staff member at the put in to inform tubers to not stand up in the fast moving water if they fall out and to just float downstream on their back with feet up.

Have done this for the Fourth of July for four years in a row and will keep doing it as a tradition!! So fun and the staff are very pleasant, helpful, and informative
Great for warm summer afternoon float down the river! An "adventure" that almost all ages in the family can enjoy. I'd gladly do it again.
