Friendly staff that provides solutions not excuses
Loved the resort and the condo. Pics were exactly what was in pictures. Will defiantly come back and stay.
The young lady at the office was friendly when I went to pick up the pool passes. We enjoyed our condo in the North Tower. I did express my concern about random stains on our carpets, she did offer to send someone to clean them for us. Great location to the area restaurants and attractions and beautiful views from the balcony. When we stayed in these condos before, the pool was open until 10 pm, this allowed you to enjoy the hot tub. They now have the pool close at sunset, about 8:30 pm. Awesome location located near lots of restaurants and shopping... The reservation staff and management are very responsive and supportive.
