They are filled with incompetent idiots. They do not respond to emails, and every person I've talked to has been extremely rude. Their preferred method to contact you is to put a note on your door, open to the weather. They gave us 3 days notice to say we needed to re-sign our lease, and did so by putting a note on our door on Friday, saying we needed to resign by Monday. We were out of town. If you can manage to get past the receptionist and talk to anyone else behind the counter, you will have chances to reasonably solving any problems you may encounter.
Just recently called a representative for questions about a house and the woman was very unprofessional, monotone, and rude. I will not be looking at their properties again.
I loved it when Li Yan moved out he was so nasty. He was always complaining about barefoot every time I walked out of my apartment to check the mail or just coming in from work. I've never had an issue with barefoot, but mr yan I did, he complained about where I parked my car, he complained about the city workers checking or changing water meter, he continuously left his door wide open. I'm glad he moved he was very nasty, I had to spray continuously for bugs until he moved, now a week later I don't have this problem.
