Poor service , rude employees, terrible communication. I had a pipe break flooding my patio with 4 inches of water and destruction of pavers. All I wanted was someone to come out and turn off the sprinkler system to end the damage. After repeated calls and texts with failed promises to call back or send someone a guy shows up “out or the blue” 3 days later ( luckily I was home) spends 20 minutes charges $200 and writes the following: With itemized billing, we have found that people like to be arm chair sprinkler repairmen.
