I came across Barefoot Holistics when I was looking for a more holistic approach to health and I am so glad I did. From the first session, I felt a shift in energy for the positive and was renewed with a sense of health and positivity. I have attended Barefoot Holistics Reflexology twice and after the one hour session, my feet feel so renewed and alive again. I so enjoy the peacefulness during the session. This is truly a magic hour.
I’ve had six sessions with Toria and am finding that the issues (physical) I was experiencing are definitely being relieved. Toria is a gentle and very caring person who makes you feel at ease immediately. I’m also finding that her treatment is the most effective way for me to relax completely - there is nothing that compares to an hour of gentle foot massage. Toria has a lot of knowledge about reflexology and she will share this with you and give advice about self-care.
My sessions with Toria were divine. From the moment I walked in, she provided a calm and friendly space. The actual work she did on my feet sent me into a deep relaxed state and in another session, I was able to point out areas that felt tender and she could relay to me what that was related to in my body. I highly recommend Toria and reflexology!
