I purchased a cardigan for my mother in November, and it didn’t fit her. I requested a return label December 15 and did not receive until weeks later. After finally receiving the label, I sent it back. It was returned to the facility 6 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a refund. I have reached out to barefoot dreams multiple times and received terrible service every time. Do not purchase from them!
