Try to avoid this place at all costs, My mother had an appointment for today that she couldn’t even go to because of the attitude of these people. Don’t be in the healthcare industry if all your going to do is have a attitude when they are asking you questions. My mother kept responding and they kept interrupting. They sent another person to call thinking that they were going to scare someone.
The front desk coordinator had an unpleasant attitude about scheduling and confirming an appointment for a resident from the nursing home. It was very apparent if she hadnt been accompanied and advocated to be seen, she would have been turned away, despite knowing her needs. It was even more distasteful when the doctor said she had no time for OUR behavior...advocating for the patient. Then wanted to fo above and beyond with follow up calls...your first impression is a lasting one.
