First time ever Canoeing. I Love it. They were very polite and quick.
We called earlier in the week and the recording said Tipp would be open saturday. Called this morning to hear a different message that you weren't going out of tipp. Quite a few people were waiting to get canoes. We planned a trip based on that and they were closed and not opening. 4 of us weren't able to go on the trip. changing a message 24 hours prior to the date, you missed out on potential business and future customers. Poor business.

I do all of the messages personally and am sure there was never a message regarding Tipp location being open perhaps you called a competitor in the area that operates in Tipp sorry for an misunderstanding or misinterpretation.
