Sadly I thought I had been ripped off and now I know I have been. Having just been to a professional podiatrist who skill, knowledge and meticulous attention to detail confirmed that I was massively overcharged for a misdiagnosed condition and been provided with orthotics that make my condition worse. I had my first appointment with Louise in mid August 2025 and as others have suggested I immediately felt that she understood my problem. She is very relaxed and informal which is lovely. I bought orthotics at my first appointment ( not cheap) but as Louise had suggested they fixed my foot problem pretty much immediately. First day I felt the improvement. Visiting from Los Angeles and my Achilles tendinopothy started to act up and I am so grateful to have found this place. They taped me up and gave me some custom orthotics that were designed specifically for Achilles/heal pain and now I’m able to walk better and enjoy my vacation!
This podiatrist is excellent - not only great service, but also lots of practical suggestions - my feet have improved 100% since I started going here a few years ago.
