I went in with a painful ingrown toenail and was quite stressed about it, but Louise was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and really helped calm my nerves. She was warm, friendly and funny, which made the whole experience much more comfortable than I expected. My nail is now growing out and I’m beyond grateful for her help and flexibility always fitting me in. Highly recommend Louise if you need a podiatrist!
This is a very warm and welcoming environment with Louise and Matthew being incredibly kind and amazing people. I cannot recommend them more. If I could give more stars I would. Incredibly efficient and were able to fix my issue in the first visit. They are punctual and were incredibly forgiving and accommodating when I was running late one time. 10000/10
I saw Dr Louise to seek help and advice on the best solutions to help prevent and manage blisters and feet concerns around dancing in pointe shoes. She was super helpful, very knowledgeable and really interested in finding what would best work for my feet and my concerns. She was very lovely and open to any questions and I felt very supported and well looked after :)
