Ting is an amazing technician and she is very gentle, kind, and nice. She is very welcome and talks very nicely to make me relaxed. It helps me to not be stressed and feel comfortable while doing laser. Moreover, the environment of the place is very comfy and clean. I would recommend this place which is the best laser place ever.

Edit: they have great customer service so imuodating my review. They gave me two free sessions to make up for the sessions that weren't good I really wanted to like this place but my last session - my 4th one I think - felt like a total ripoff. It was a couple weeks ago. The person lasering me missed huge spots on my body. I was supposed to get full legs, and there are long, wide strips up and down and around my legs where she didn't put the laser so the hair hasn't fallen out. Same for my bikini area.
