Not very good about communicating.They had my car for 2 weeks.I had to call a find out what was going on with it

I read the online homepage and was impressed, as someone who usually works on her own vehicles, I was needing some help with some rough idling and some codes that populated. I called to see if I could get a diagnostic ran and was planning on taking a full day off work to have them fix the problem.
