I have gone to Bare Wax for years, always had good experiences, but unfortunately I have quite a different experience and extreme review to share now. After one really bad experience... I am so tired of young professionals and their lack of customer service skills...after she applied the wax and laid the strip she was about to simply pull it off. I stopped her and asked her to make sure to rub it a bit (to ensure the hair sticks as all estheticians and wax clients are aware) and she in a smart as tone just said the wax stick... read more
