Terrible customer service. We were given incorrect information when we called to book ahead. Prohibited items & requirements at the door change depending who is there. Security is rude and if you ask to speak with a manager they just laugh and say they are the managers. When you finally get inside a tiny pool full of mostly men awaits. Very unattractive and not what we expected. Save your money & go to the resort pool.
I loved it though I didn’t like that you have to rent a daybed to get drunk service in the pool

My wife and I went there wanting to be spoiled and pampered on our 45th wedding anniversary and we got just that! Service was above and beyond, lounge chairs where very comfortable and the food and drinks where awesome! We where both so happy to spend the day at the Bare Pool! Loved the music too!
I have been there several times and have always had a great time. Was getting ready to book lounge chairs for my upcoming Memorial Day trip. Was quoted a price of $50 on two separate occasions by two separate concierge reps for lounge chairs. Host Drew was rude and refused to honor the price I was quoted. And I have screenshots and emails to prove. Not asking for something for nothing simply want the price I was given twice! Would gladly have paid$100 if that was quoted. We had so much fun today! Great vibes and menu. Sharon was a great host at the VIP deck. Always asking if we were allright and taking care of us. She was really focused on serving us, which was great. Thank you so much, we will come back tomorrow!
