:( Sadly, Weber services have dropped in the past few years. Don Weber is one of the most honest and hardest working guys in the business with a lifetime of knowledge, however, upon his retirement 5 years ago (at age 76!) his sons have really let me down as a consumer. I finally had to drop them as my chimney cleaner. Too many job reschedules and slow service. Thank you Don, for your years of hard work. We will miss you.
