Turn around time on parts, They expect payment at time of ordering but do not stand by their word and complete parts on time. Parts and craftsmanship is excellent, but nobody wants to put a project on hold for a year or more waiting for parts.
Got a set of their rocker boxes. It wasn't their fault they were machined wrong. They said they would fix them and return them. I never got them back. They just kept saying next month, in the spring, after Christmas... Last time I asked what they are going to do about it, they basically said nothing - well, I won't be doing nothing. Time to involve the courts.
