Feels like they care more about money than patient concerns. Didn’t really feel listened to. Felt VERY dismissed. Did not feel like they cared about my concerns. The doctor just didn’t always seem sure in her decision making in my opinion. During my cyst removal, had their assistant and not even sure if they’re RN’s administering numbing medicine. This office deserves a raise!! Denys, Kim T, raised the bar when it comes to customer service. I love the fact nothing is sugar coated and is explained to me in a way I can understand. Dev, Hali and Dr Fiare were kind, thorough, wasn't irritated by me asking questions so I can get a better understanding of my body ,health and what's happening. I feel compelled to address two things: 1. Other reviews 2. My personal experience Are you like me? When you have a great experience you want to tell the world? So here I am to leave a review, but 1 star reviews caught my attention and nosey me, I had to look. I see Dr. Kim Billet at this location. She has been my trusted Dermatologist for sometime. Before going to her practice I had been tormented for years with a chronic itch. She worked to find a solution. And did! What a relief after so many years! I am grateful for her care and diligence. I also want to mention how beautiful the office is and the rest of the staff is great.
Dr. Kimberly Billet is absolutely terrible as a dermatologist. She was rude and rushed through my visit. I didnt get half of my questions answered. I don’t trust that she reached the right diagnosis and will be seeking a second opinion. Reviews that said she is “knowledgeable” is highly questionable. There are a lot of dermatologists in the area, after my bad experience with this Dr. Billet I will be telling others to stay away. ——Just saw the company’s response to my post, I’m a real patient and I stand by my review.
