Its a great place - specially getting my hair done with Amy has been life changing and a boost in my self-esteem! She really understands hair and can translate weird requests into great hair :)

I am very disappointed with this salon. I received a nanoplasty treatment here which didn’t work, and when I returned to tell them about the poor result I was dismissed. I had the treatment at another salon which worked perfectly with the same product, Floractive. When I asked for a refund I was told too bad pretty much , even though I showed them photos of how the treatment didn’t work. Unacceptable and I will never return to this salon.

I was a regular customer, but between March and June 2026, the price of my haircut increased by 30% for exactly the same service. I understand that costs rise and businesses occasionally need to increase prices, but a 30% increase in just a few months seems excessive. When I questioned the change, staff were unable to provide any explanation and showed little concern about losing a loyal customer. You've just lost a regular customer who spent a considerable amount with your business over the past six months.
