I was a regular customer, but between March and June 2026, the price of my haircut increased by 30% for exactly the same service. I understand that costs rise and businesses occasionally need to increase prices, but a 30% increase in just a few months seems excessive. When I questioned the change, staff were unable to provide any explanation and showed little concern about losing a loyal customer. You've just lost a regular customer who spent a considerable amount with your business over the past six months.
Loved my nails! Got gel manicure done for the first time in Australia here and Bella did such a good job zero negative feedback, you can walk in blindly and trust that you’ll love the results ♥️
