Negative stars. When we walked in to pick up these “gift baskets” we had ordered in advance and spent $140 on, we thought we were on an episode of a prank tv show. The baskets we ordered and had spoken to the lady on the phone confirming what we wanted were the basket, I included a picture of, on their website. I was really disappointed with this flower shop. I had some balloons I wanted to get with helium for my daughter's birthday and nowhere else would fill them. I called and they said they would be able to do it for me. I took the balloons in and a woman (didn't get her name) looked at them and told me it would be $27 (one big number balloon and 6 regular latex balloons).
