A standard operating procedure should be in place for clients. I was not told what the expense of all these tests would cost prior to doing them. I was asked for consent after the fact, and was charged almost $1000 dollars for unnecessary procedures. My dog just had an infection. Why not treat systems first prior to running all test? This is why an SOP should be in place. As a clients, a copy of the procedures and cost should be given prior to. This would then be signed by the client giving consent to treat. We absolutely love BAC! We were taking our sogs to a vet in Shepherdsville, but we weren't happy when one of ours had some dental issues (see pictures in comments). Dr. Taylor knew right away that he needed some surgical intervention. He knew he didn't have the capabilities, but had the resources to point is in the right direction. He took the time to care and take care of our boy. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns at his follow up appointments. Love Dr. Taylor and staff. They have always been great with my fur babies. Wonderful place and staff. Even when we had to send our baby over the rainbow bridge they helped and they were so caring and even cried with us.
Dr Taylor and the staff at BAC are fantastic. Took my cat in on Monday for an emergency visit and they fit us right in and now he's happy and healthy at home!
We had to make one of the hardest decisions about our fur baby. Dr Taylor and staff so very compassionate, caring and loving. If or when we ever decide to let another baby into our home and hearts there will be no other place that we would take them to. We were so blessed that Lady choose us for her humans for 13 years and we were so blessed that Dr Taylor and staff were there with us when she left us.
Dr. Taylor & Staff are amazing so glad that I chose them for my pets care 23yrs ago when we moved to Ky! I would highly recommend them over any Vet in Bardstown! Dr. Taylor takes the time to explain any procedure he does and makes you feel comfortable leaving your babies with him! He has been so good to all my cat's over the yrs and now he takes care of Bo & Disco and I'm so glad that I have a Vet that I can always count on for anything!!! Thank you again for all you do when it comes to our pets needs!!!
I love this place with my babies they r so caring and love them as much as I do, when ever I need something they r there wouldn’t go any where else,great people.
