My family has lived here for almost a year now, and we have no complaints. John-Michael was wonderful to work with throughout the move-in process and has continued to be great to us since then. He has always been communicative, understanding, and accommodating. We’ve only had a couple of minor maintenance issues, and Bob is always there the very next day to take care of them. He fixes everything quickly and is always friendly and smiling. Overall, we’ve had a great experience living here and really appreciate the staff!
I have been living here for a year and have nothing but good things to say. Maintenance always responds to my requests quickly and efficiently, and the property manager is friendly and trustworthy. Staff is on site regularly. The complex is small and quiet and I have not had any issues in the past year that were not addressed immediately.
My family and I just moved in and John-Michael the property manager has been wonderful to work with. The apartment is perfect with good size bedrooms. We ended up having an issue with the A/C and the maintenance guy took care of it immediately. I like how diverse the community is. There are a lot of shopping centers around and I love how Lake Seminole Park is near by for my walks. The community is pretty quiet. Very pleased living here.
Meh…not horrible, but not great. You get what you pay for. Lived there for 2 years. Maintenance responds fast. Luckily I was in building D which was quieter than the other ones because there were no kids. Just be cautious of the weirdo that lives in building D, apt 108. He smokes outside and will sometimes cuss at you randomly, other times he doesn’t look up.
Warning! This management company will do anything to take your security deposit away from you...we were with them for 3 years being model tenants. We even asked if everything looks good in our last day after leaving the apt cleaned and the manager assured it was all good...came to find out that my $1100 security deposit was not enough to pay the details they found, one of the overcharges was $300 for paint 😬 due to a few small stains one of my standing lamp did to one of the corners of the ceiling, $150 for tv holes 👀 and ... read more
