Warning! This management company will do anything to take your security deposit away from you...we were with them for 3 years being model tenants. We even asked if everything looks good in our last day after leaving the apt cleaned and the manager assured it was all good...came to find out that my $1100 security deposit was not enough to pay the details they found, one of the overcharges was $300 for paint 😬 due to a few small stains one of my standing lamp did to one of the corners of the ceiling, $150 for tv holes 👀 and ... read more
My family and I have been here almost a year and havent had any issues. They have cleaned the complex up, from what it used to be and there are more families here now. Comparing todays rental price to the size and quality of the apt, its fairly priced. Master room is large for sure and mangement is fair. Central to anything you need as far as location. I would recommend to a friend
I want to say that Bardmoore is the best apartment we live in . Not only they assist us getting are aprtmnt approved , during hurricane, just 1 call away and they are ready to help us and if there is anything damage / concern the apartment they adresss it immediately . Big shout out to our apartment manager Mr John Michael and Bob for always addressing our concerns
I have lived here going on 10 years now. We have been through several property managers over the years and John-Michael is the current one and has been amazing since day 1! Communication is 100%!! He seems to truly care about the residents and property we live in. I have zero plans on leaving here any time soon. It’s clean, quiet and safe. If you’re looking for a place to call home.. this is a great option. Close to a lot of convenient places as well.
Absolutely a home to stay and a very good environmental with a good neighbors around. I love the place. It is quite and peaceful, and I think that's all we need in our life. Thank you John-Michael.
