Sitting in the parking lot after my treatment... This is my first time here via referral from my primary dentist and I must say this has to be one of the best dental offices I've been to in a long time (minus my primary dentist ) . The entire staff is knowledgeable, attentive, quick, and pleasant. I felt welcomed and they let me know everything they were going to do ahead of time. Giving 5 stars to Dr. Betty Suh for solving my dental issue I’ve been suffering from for months. Quick and painless visit, thank you so much! The front desk lady who received me was also so nice and engaging, too bad I didn’t get her name! This place is amazing. 💯
The quality of care was fine. I saw Dr. Nguyen and he was personal/thorough. My issue was with management and customer service. I was told that I had a bone loss issue and not root related, which is why I was experiencing the pain. This is nothing they could help with and referred me back to my dentist. When I called back to request a CD copy of X-Ray that had already been paid for, I was told by Management that it would be a 200 dollar charge for them to make a copy and that I would have to pick it up. Yesterday was my second visit here. Both times were very pleasant. The staff is the sweetest, the Dentists and assistances are so good at their job and make you feel so very comfortable. They explain everything they are going to do. What to expect while doing the procedure and kept asking me if I was ok the whole time. The office music was really nice. everything was so clean and felt covid safe. Once it was over they went over after care instructions and EVERYONE tells you "bye" as your walking out!
