We had Barden come out among other companies to quote our remodel. We gave them a rendition of exactly what we wanted and they suggested price would be 30,000-40,000 closer to 40 and they were the only company that said for a full quote they would need $500 fee for their own rendition and to get the subcontractors out for full quote. We paid this and This process took over two months and their rendition was exactly what we handed them on the first day. The Barden team recently completed a complete renovation of my home in Flagstaff, including updating all bathrooms and the kitchen, new flooring, exterior and interior paint, new windows and moving some walls to accommodate a new closet and laundry area. We just did our final walk-through yesterday, after eight months of construction we couldn’t be happier with the final product. The crew at Barden and I mean the entire crew from top too bottom worked diligently and professionally the entire time. They brought our project in on budget and on time.
