Needed a referral for blurry vision. They told me to wait and see if it improves with their new glasses. Mind you I have three different pairs, all same script, one with anti glare lens. I called them back to ask for the referral, and they stonewalled me. They ask me to come back, try some different glasses, all at my expense. Since insurance just paid, I have to wait. Sends emails about making appointment because it’s time and then I have to wait almost another year……also the last few pairs of glasses I have gotten have been junk and I paid for some “good ones” including lenses and they got all scratched up with microfiber lens clothes. The female I spoke to when I spoke about this seemed she could care less. How disappointing! I paid $4$$ for my last pair the arm broke before i even had them a year. Calvin Klein frames not cheap.
