My first visit I went to look at frames but really wanted to use a frame I already had, but could not find. Ava was very pleasant and put all my info in the computer. I went back with my frames and Natalie helped my through the process. She was very pleasant and eager to help. I enjoyed my business at Bard! I went back to pick my glasses up and again was met with friendliness and courtesy! THANK YOU!
Actually the rudest people I have ever talked to in my entire life. I would 100% recommend going to the one on Wabash
They take advantage of senior citizens. By the time they charged the insurance co. and my wife it was almost $1000 dollars for one pair of glasses.
Doesn’t take Medicare or Medicaid anymore. They called us for an appointment and then my mom goes to get her glasses and she had to pay… wtf zero stars if I was able to
