"I cannot say enough good things about the Bard Optical on Dirksen. I went in with my mom and I was so happy with how amazing they treated her—they really went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. The front staff was amazing as well; they were super fast, efficient, and genuinely kind people. The building itself was very clean and organized, which is always a huge plus. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that needs glasses. Great experience all around!"
Apparently having a 4:40 p.m. appointment and showing up early to check in means that you are going to sit there for an hour and a half while they check in and see every other appointment after you only to have you say something at 10 minutes to close while the employees are standing there talking about closing early even while you've been sitting directly in front of them for the entire time and actually having to ask them if you were ever going to be seen... the reply was a blank stare followed by "oh, we were just getting... read more
