Bard likes to pretend to care about their employees. Bard likes to pretend that they care about what their employees' opinions are. The supervisors will scream at you if you don't do what they say and they think signing a paper is training. Bard is all talk, they do not care about you. HR is some of the worst I've ever seen and so is the lack of communication from management. This is a great place to work if you like being treated like a child. I have never hated any management more than I hate Bards.
I want to share that an AC unit of this brand lasted me 35 years with no issues, great product!

Great place to work except they expect some1 to learn blueprints on 2days hands on training not gonna happen so instead of offering more training rather terminate instead of offer further training blueprints are something ur not gonna learn in 2 days like the expect
