Terrible, traumatic experience that haunts me to this day. The worst experience with a colorectal surgeon. I went in for what was supposed to be a routine flex sigmoidoscopy after multiple ones, ended up with inch long open wound next to my anus. This individual proceeded to tell me the reason for the inch long open wound next to my anus was due to the inflammation from ulcerative colitis and not his hand. Nightmare. Ask him pointed questions and dont let him mumble a sarcastic answer or else you might end up with some terrible surgery. Check his expertise. Ask him questions.
The surgical team was extremely polite, welcoming and comforting. Complete transparency during pre/post surgery’s. Dr Cosman, also filled out all required paperwork for EDD and FMLA in a very timely manner. Great great exlerience!
Dr. Cosman did my colon surgery and he was OUTSTANDING! The way he made me understand and the way he made me very comfortable was above reproach. I feel fantastic now, just 2 months later and he has given me my life back. If you are fortunate enough to have Dr. Cosman as your doctor you are very lucky and in GREAT hands! THANK YOU DR.
