I have been seeing Nirala for about a year and a half now and she has been so incredibly supportive, helpful, and caring. I have experienced some severe trauma while she has been my counselor and she has helped me beyond words to process my trauma and grief. I highly recommend her to anyone considering becoming a patient of hers!

Bad experience
i saw this counselor when i was a teen. she would invalidate my mental health concerns and sent me to go get lab work done because she felt that my depression was somehow caused by thyroid issues despite me being a healthy 15 year old (the lab work she ordered came back indicating no thyroid issues, btw). she would also discourage medication as an option for me because of the fact i was a teenager and my father was against it, despite it being clear that it could have been of great help to me. after much pleading, she referr... read more
