Dr.Mcknight is very friendly and knows what he is talking about. His staff looks like they do not want to be there and gave me an attitude a couple of times for mis understandings. Before, it use to be very easy to schedule appointments and when he twlls me to call in and talk to him directly, i dont get through because of his secretary and his nurse on staff.

I saw McKnight through my pregnancy and labor. Regular wait times were up to 2 hours! During labor I tore tremendously and my stitches ripped a few days later. I didn't feel like he gave me proper care instructions. He didn't want to repair it, saying it wasn't necessary. My left labia minora was fully cut in half. When I insisted, he questioned why I wasn't focusing on my newborn which I thought was unfair. I had to find another doctor to repair the tear.

As a long time patient, I am shocked that after 4 phone calls to his office to get ultrasound results, no one has responded. On 2 occasions, I complained to the nurse that no one had reviewed my results with me. On one of those occasions, I was told that a note would be left on the doctor's desk and he would call me back within a few hours. (Two weeks later, I am still waiting for that phone call.) Needless to say, I have found a new doctor.
