Absolutely worst company to rent from ever they left two feetof trash and furniture outside the dumpster my ac unit went out and I had to replace it and the units have black mold ceiling caving in your better off living in a card bored box the staff is ABSOLUTELY IGNORANT staff that are incompetent of doing there job .DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

Working at Barcus was one of the most disheartening professional experiences I’ve ever had. There was no formal training structure in place, yet management expected employees to perform with perfection from day one. The lack of support and guidance created confusion and inconsistency across the team. They do not care about residents at maple Grove we pay rent for roaches and no maintenance what so ever so sad won't be renewing behind this can't wait to live properly ugh

I was with barcus company 13 years turned 62 and wanted to do partime and they laughed in my face and told me no they don't care care about the employees the more you do the more they want in my 13 years there was a tremendous turnover in management and maintenance they trow there apartment together just to get them ready to move into the more place is at londontown where I worked at is really disgusting I hear alot from my residents that I still go see I would still be there if they would have given me part time it's a sham... read more
