If I could give a negative star to this company it would be beyond infinity. This by far is the worst management company I've ever encountered. The supervisor took me to court with trumped up bogus charges and presented a false tenant ledger in court. I can't believe CMHA hired them to manage their properties. Since they've taken over there have been multiple families taken to court and evicted in access of 15 in my apartment complex. Women and their children thrown out. Shar runs this complex and run is an understatement Absolutely worst company to rent from ever they left two feet of trash and furniture 😑 outside the dumpster thats still there my ac unit went out after my unit fell outta the wall and I had to replace it and the units all have black mold ceiling caving the bathroom because of leaking pipes inside the walls. your better off living in a card bored box the staff is ABSOLUTELY IGNORANT and they are incompetent of doing there job .DO NOT RENT FROM HERE ive also had neighbors wh... read more

Working at Barcus was one of the most disheartening professional experiences I’ve ever had. There was no formal training structure in place, yet management expected employees to perform with perfection from day one. The lack of support and guidance created confusion and inconsistency across the team. What was most disturbing was the blatant lack of diversity and the discriminatory culture that was perpetuated by leadership.
