Honestly had a great experience living here. It’s mostly quiet (the brick and windows keep out a lot of noise, even with a busy playground), there’s always parking. We never had an issue with pests, and maintenance issues were handled swiftly. My only complaint is the laundry: it’s expensive and often needed maintenance or was occupied because 2 washers and dryers isn’t enough per building. It’s very family friendly and I would recommend it.
