Staff is wonderful here, Donte and Nuvia are so sweet and so are the matenaince people. However, upon moving out we were charged fees beyond our security deposit for replacing carpet. Our carpet had no stains on it, yet we were charged an additional 140 on top of our security deposit. They replace your carpet when you move out stains or not and take your deposit and then some. Be aware before renting.
Had a bad experience because they just pushed more space onto me than I asked for and made up rules that don't exist with the county and said that they do. It's a cool if you want to have like your count for liability or whatever, but don't lie to me that it's from Fairfax county on their website they also quote use like and when you call the cheapest rate and as soon as you get there they jack up to the highest rate and say oh that's what we only have available and our rights vary and blah blah blah blah blah blah like dude... read more
