Update after 6 months: They tow their own residents cars because cant afford to refresh their dilapidated stickers that turn black from the sun. Hope they got refunds. They dont allow any enjoyment for the residents, god forbid someone has a human experience that the neighbors hear such as dog or whatever. I mean who can blame em the walls are so paper thin. Oh yeah did I mention there are rat infestations and they never fix the issue ? Rats are ok but no animals ? ! How many “ maintenance men” they got walking around doing ... read more
Good amenities, quick response times for problems that do arise, and convenient location. Towing arrangements are a pain in the neck.
I really enjoy living here! The complex is nice, quiet, and feels like home. Everything is kept pretty clean, and whenever I’ve needed something fixed, maintenance has been quick about it. The best part though is the leasing office staff, Donte and Nubia they are super friendly and always very kind. Every time I walk in, they’re welcoming and helpful, and they actually seem to care. It just makes living here that much better :)
