While I haven’t started my lease yet, I wanted to hop on here and just say how great the whole application process has been! Nuvia in the front office helped me switch to a different unit when I decided I wanted a different floor plan, and she still got me the deal they had running. They’ve been very responsive to emails before, during, and after my application was approved. So far, best application process out of all of the apartments/houses I’ve rented before.
I've had a great experience with the residence office! The staff is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with any issues or questions. They handle requests in a timely manner and truly care about the comfort and well-being of the residents. The office is organized, and communication is clear and consistent. I really appreciate thank you Donte and Nuvia
