Called in the afternoon for Malefactioned kitchen disposal, the maintenance man came within an hour and fixed it in just few minutes. This is a big change, didn't have to call more than once. Cristina also took care of my emergency efficiently. She is friendly, professional, and wonderful. The management change has made a big difference compared to my previous experiences.
