They allow reckless drivers to operate their 18 wheelers. Driving 87 mph with empty loads swerving in and out of traffic on I20, throwing gravel up, they cracked my windshield in 2 different places and did not even have the decency to at least OFFER to replace the windshield when I called to report their reckless driver.
