This building was previously privately managed and well run for many years. Then it was sold, purchased by Starlight Investements, who then hired Metcap Property Management. It all went drastically downhill!! It is actually criminal how poorly this beautiful building has been left to rot. Despite their ploy offering one months free rent!!! Look elsewhere!!! Dear prospective tenants, Stay far away from this building and run! I have lived here over the past year and a half and its been awful. Metcap is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Despite having a newly renovated suite (which is over-priced for how cheap the finishings are), we have been dealing with constant unnecessary renovations. Moved in to an apartment that was not finished. Had silverfish and ant infestations. A thin window that shakes constantly. They had covered over the construction port which meant I had to spend hundreds on data. Was told the building would have a sauna- LIES WORST OF All they have locked me out of my balcony for months even though when I first viewed the apartment they used the balcony as the main selling point yet failed to mention I would not get to use it. The apartment is now stuffy and it is hard to spend time in there.... read more
For the past year, this building has been under renovation with a constant schedule extension. The exterior building renovation is coming for a half-year term soon, you will have no access to the balcony. Every 2-3 months apartment renovation starts on random floor, and water shutdown is also common. If you would like to experience this hell, you are welcome.
