Don’t rent here unless u want an inept management company. Pool is a month late opening. My suite has silverfish moths and ants.
I really love this building. The location is excellent and close to everything, yet the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The building is very well maintained and clean. The management team is highly professional, always willing to help, follows up on maintenance requests promptly, and responds even on their days off. A special thank you to Sheila and her team.
My experience with Alvin and Sheila (managers) has been very pleasant. There are some things that I believe are out of their control that I’m not happy about. 1. No storage locker as promised. 2. No washrooms on the lower level for pool users. 3. No outside window washers. 4. Only 1 FOB for keyless entry per unit. 5. Pool has not opened yet. (May 27) Again. Alvin and Shelia have been professional and quick to try to resolve any issues (example: flooding in laundry room).
Since MetCap took over, after the first year our long time manager left. It has been chaotic and inefficient with about 4 Changes in 4 years. Sheila and Alvin are a welcome change. They took over a building that was very dirty and are making good changes despite the fact that this building needs more than 2 people. There is no one to fill in on their days off. I welcome the changes they are making in cleaning up the mess they have inherited with their position.
Sheila and her husband are always helpful, kind, and respectful. They make living here a great experience. Highly recommended
