When you have big events.... I feel the whole staff, managers, etc need to be ahead and well prepared. It was my first time going to the circus with my twins there and it was such a dragged. I couldn't understand why the food there were like $11.00 and taste nasty? There needs to be more users when seating to prevent people sitting in the wrong seats or sitting in other people seats because they want too. At least my twins and I did enjoyed ourselves.
Very under staffed! Not enough crowd control! I was stuck buying tickets in the nose bleed seats. Never again. There's no room to move around. It's way too small and cramped. I thought I was going to fall.
In order to get in you had to stand on line which ended up being a masses crowd of people. I felt unsafe being in such a crowd. They did not have all working metal detectors working. The Circus was excellent. Sorry to see it go.

I've been to the Barclays Center many times for basketball, hockey and many other events but last night at the circus was by far the worst experience. The entire first half of the show involved people finding their seats and obstructing our view as well as a fight because a woman refused to get up to let a family get to their seats that lasted over 20 minutes with tons of profanity at a family venue. Horrible. 45 minutes to get into the arena for a kids event. Completely unorganized. Everything was very overpriced even for an event.
There is always room for improvement but over all a good experience..
