First time there i thought it was very clean a lot of different options on the food concessions we had excellent seats that were comfortable probably going to catch another game before end of season and gonna check Jordan Classic April 14th
Good view for a hockey game so long as you are no where near the ends of the rink(get seats in the middle). Staff helpfulness and courtesy was average which is fine but a far cry from the level I experienced when the arena first opened.

In spite of the weather my family and I made it out to see Bk Nets play Okc we really enjoyed the game great seats
Had an incident right at the metal detectors with this over zellious security guy. Had to file a report. Poor customer service. Snow storm hit, and the game still went on. Most staff called out that night, so the only concession stands were 3 floors down on the first floor. The lines were an hour long. Ridiculous. Next time cancel the game. I won't be back for a losing Nets game.
