I came from Connecticut to attend a Mothers Day event at the Barclays! I arrived at 6:20 and they said that they were opening the doors at 6:00!! I stood in a crowd because there no lines, no structure, I felt so disrespected!!! When I finally was able to enter the event it is now 8:00! I missed Joe and Kem!! It was so ridiculous, no apologies, no explanation and when we tried to talk with the staff they ignored our concerns. This is not how you do business!! BARCLAYS CENTER IS THE WORST CONCERT ARENA IN BROOKLYN. THE SECURITY TEAM IS FUCKED UP. THE BARCLAYS CENTER NEED TO HIRE BACK ALLIED UNIVERSAL. ALLIED UNIVERSAL SECURITY ARE MORE FASTER THAN THE SECURITY TEAM AT BARCLAYS CENTER. THE SOUND SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE TOO. EVERYBODY MISSED THE PERFORMANCE OF RECORDING ARTIST, JOE BECAUSE OF THE SECURITY TEAM ARE SLOW OF BAG CHECK AND BODY SEARCH.
I’ve been loyal to this venue yet I don’t understand why it takes 90 minutes ,in the pouring down rain, to get in here . Get more scanners if need be!!! I’m here and annoyed that I missed almost 1/2 this show (Mother’s Day) trying to get in !!! And why is it I pay all this money for seats in Sec 7 Row 3 Seats 1-3 and I have folks coming down the isle and standing in the middle of the stairs so NO ONE CAN SEE ???? Barclay Center, you need to do better. Went to the Good Music Festival and it took 1 hour to get inside to go through security. You had people standing in the rain like animals. It is ridiculous! I missed 1/2 of the show because your security could not get it together.You need to have better security measures.
This arena is massive and epic.It's a great place.
Great Line-up this summer, Looking forward to the best seats in the house.
