The venue is pretty however the sounds system is TERRIBLE. Do NOT see concert here. And making people wait in the cold to enter was just in poor taste and asking for a PR problem
I had two floor seats to the Maxwell concert tonight. Section 6 row 11 seats 1&2. I get to the window around 8:20 to give them my info so they could print my ticket because I wasn't aware that the establishment didn't scan barcodes. The customer service rep refused. I was told that I had to go to the target across the street to print. There system was down. I return to the window to try and get my tickets printed once again and was refused. First of all, center is really nice, fairly new. But seating is extremely tight. I couldn't enjoy the show. So, most likely, I am not coming back in the future.

You guys CONSTANTLY run out of food. Literally anything from a damn salad to pizza, you guys find a way to always run out. I could MAYBE understand if this was the case at the end of a game but you guys run out of stuff after the first fucking period! I couldn't get a damn Caesar salad (that's made up of lettuce for the most part - you can't even get enough lettuce?!?!) after only one period. You guys run am AWFUL stadium and you have a long way to go before catching up to places like MSG.. Fucking pathetic.
Horrible place to watch hockey. The ushers are racist and hate hockey fans and are really mean. They curse and yell at you. Half the seats are obstructed. Place is a metal tube of garbage. What a complete waste of taxpayer money. Get the islanders out of this pos!
