Excellent venue, engaged security and concession staff, wonderful talent performs ,what more could ask for?
The Barclays Center is a great venue and we enjoyed the Blake Shelton concert immensely! Each employee we came into contact with (at the concession stands, inside the venue and the security personnel) was very helpful and friendly. One comment though, I do think that the price of the wine is out of line. And...it took about a half hour to get it! It would be appreciated if the venue could get some extra help at the food and drink vendors during heavy times: like before the show and during a break in the show. It may cost mor... read more
My first time at the Barclays center, excellent place to see a concert your staff were great and welcoming it was an easy commute from westchester by train and subway I would highly recommend your place for concerts and sporting venues
Great venue!!! Blake Shelton was awesome!!! I was very impressed with every employee that we came in contact with!!! They were nothing but curteous, friendly a pleasure to deal with!!!
First time for me. Venue was awesome. Location was easy to get to and very convenient. Very clean and staff was great. Saw Blake Shelton last night. Did not disappoint. Two thumbs up. I'll be back for sure, instead of going to The Garden!

I have to say I havnt experienced such excellent customer service like I did last night. I just had leg surgery and I need a cane to walk. Guest services was soo accommodating. They changed my seats knowing I couldn't walk to my section, and kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Everyone greeted us with a smile. Keep up the great work Barclays. Others should follow suit. Thank you for a very enjoyable evening.
