Attending the WWE Live Holiday Tour show, bought tickets at the box office in advance that were supposed to be seats right on the entrance ramp and when we got to our section the rows were flipped and we got stuck sitting on the aisle the exact opposite of where I specifically chose to sit based off of their seating map. I enjoyed this wonderful place!!! But I can't wait to come back to see WWE Event, Brooklyn Nets Game and other nice concerts too!!!
My wife and I traveled from Binghamton to see the Holiday show with James Taylor, Jimmy Buffett and Sarah Maclachlan. The tickets I purchased said Floor seats. They were not floor seats. Section 7 is not on the floor. We were on the aisle, and like another reviewer states below, the constant flow of people up and down the stairs was extremely distracting. Did people realize they were at a music concert, which usually requires sitting and listening? It was very slow getting in...Continue Reading
I will not return!!!! Went to see the WCBS Christmas show with James Taylor and Jimmy Buffet. Sat in the 200 section and the sound was awful. Thank God we complained and were moved before Taylor sang. The acoustics are terrible. Even the cheap seats deserve quality sound.
8:10, concert started at 8:00. Still online to get. Absolutely ZERO organization from security and ticket takers.
I've called over 50 times in the last 4 days to purchase tickets, i find it hard to beleive that operators have been busy the entire time! Call gets dropped, no ability to even sit on hold or option to be called back ,customer service at its worst!
I've been to 2 concerts here. Anger Management tour and a Reggae concert with Beres and friends for my anniversary. I must say I had a great time. I plan to go back.
