We had to have an Insurance claim done after some damage to our house after a storm. Barclay were able to get multiple people out to do assessments. Though they were poor at communication. I was first point of contact but found I was unable to answer any phone calls or emails until later in the day. I asked the company to have my partner as the main contact for all the contractors and the company as he was able to manage everything more efficiently while he was at work. Very Reliable and Responsive thanks again to the team
We had a flood in our house and Barclays have just recently completed the repairs. From start to finish the service was excellent! The staff are very friendly and helpful, with amazing workmanship from their trades.
Communication could be better but the workmanship is very good.
Recently had repairs completed-they were onsite to see damage next day, and repairs were completed without fuss. Comms was very good and very satisfied with Barclays
