What a rude employee, lighter skin black hair who works by messenger entrance wearing dark blue jacket, very unprofessional! need to learn how to treat messenger, has no manners at all!!
AVOID!! Highly pretentious, unkept, dated, filthy apartments This building is soo dated, I mean it's over 15 yrs old now, with the original finishes, corridor carpets, etc. Don't be fooled with the grandiose foyer, that is immaculate because they clean it every day, just go up onto any floor corridors and see for yourself. Everything is old and dated and it smells. I lived in two different apartments in this building. The staff and doorman are excellent, the pool is great, and the apartments are really nice. I highly recommend Glenwood
The male staff who works on Sunday after 6pm by delivery entrance , the way he treated delivery person very rude and unprofessional,and this is not the first time, before today I have to cancel the order and take it back to store, I feel sorry for the coustmer or(resident)but I have no choice, I don't want him talk to me or treat me that way, he is too much!!!
Beautiful apartments in the heart of Tribeca. For the price, I would expect newer finishes, but the building is truly white glove. The staff are very nice and polite. There is an indoor pool, full gym and beautiful lounge that can be rented for social events. The lobby is stunning - exactly what you would expect of a luxury, high-end building.
