Extremely Disappointed with Management and Maintenance I have been living in this condo on 14 St SW for the past 10 months. When I chose this place, I was impressed by how well-maintained the building looked and the promise of good management and high security — especially since the condo fees are quite high. Property Managers fail to understand or even read building bylaws, resulting in unnecessary conflict and tension. Save yourself the trouble and find a better manager for your building.

I recently bought a condo in a building that was managed by Barclay Street at the time. I joined the condo board a couple of months later, when property management duties shifted to another company that had been left to sort everything out. Since then, we have been consistently running into massive issues caused by administrative negligence and gross incompetence to such a degree that I have difficulty wrapping my head around it. We worked with Myles S. in securing our new office space over in Deerfoot Plaza and the process was quite enjoyable. The team communicates well with each other and so far we have not encountered any unfavorable issues. The landlord and property management team have great transparency which is something extremely important in the business world. I look forward to growing our business in this area.
