Shirley Ganong at Barclay Street is the kind of property manager every small business owner hopes for. She's honest, responsive, and communicates clearly. Every time I reach out, she gets back to me quickly with exactly what I need. From signing our lease for Shampooch Grooming through every question since, she's been an excellent resource. Highly recommend.

This Condo management company has caused my building Severe damage and stresses from their inaction and inability to perform management services. Critical work ignored, zero accountability, and the need to be managed 100% of the time. Chasing them on every avenue of direction. I cannot warn against this team enough. No matter how green the grass appears from the other side of the fence, it could be worse. Barclay Street is not worth it.

Our building was broken into and vandalized, and they're more concerned about three yoga mats being stolen then fixing the security doors when there is children in the building.

Barclay has managed a commercial property for us for several years now. We have had a huge turn over of property managers within Barclay within our time with them. They are disorganized, can not keep staff and treat there clients poorly. There are better property management companies, do not use Barclay.

I've had good dealings with Chris Mott and the Barclay team. I find him to be knowledgeable and fair in spite of a challenging issue I had. He helped walk me through numerous situations and seemed patient throughout. Other manager companies have been pretty mediocre, so I was surprised to find a manager who actually cared.
